Karl Bayer has had his offices at the WesTech 360 for more than seven years now. During that time, he has expanded his rented space on several occasions. Most recently, when The Hon. Diane M. Henson was elected to the Third Court of Appeals, we decided to make her office space additional mediation space rather than find a new sub-lessee. While we'll miss Justice Henson around here, it's nice to be able to offer mediation clients more options and flexibility.

Justice Henson for several years occupied a nice corner office in our suite; this space is now an additional breakout room, which is equipped with comfortable furniture as well as a work table. All told, Karl Bayer now has three large and comfortable breakout rooms for his mediation clients, one of which is also equipped with a large conference table. They are far enough apart in our suite to provide the privacy required by the mediation process. All rooms, of course, are equipped with telephones, and the entire office is on a wireless high-speed network with unlimited internet access. Audio-video equipment, including a projector and full-size screen, is available; call ahead and tell Alyson you'll need it, and we'll have it set up when you arrive.

Our offices are located in the WesTech 360, which is an office complex in the Arboretum area in North Austin. It is convenient to several major highways and is a short drive from downtown Austin; click here for detailed directions and maps to our offices from all different locations. Over the years, we've found that our serene location in Austin's hills makes for an atmosphere conducive to appropriate dispute resolution.
