After Your Online Mediation



Even if our dispute doesn't resolve on the day we get together, and the lawyers want me to keep working to help resolve it, I will. As a matter of fact, this is a distinguishing factor in my practice.

What's unusual about me is that I never give up on disputes that don't settle. I believe strongly in trying to help the lawyers resolve disputes any way I can. This is why I make myself available 24/7/365 from wherever you need me. I stick with disputes until there's absolutely no hope of resolving them at the current time. Even then, I'm often asked to restart mediations that stalled when settlement chances improve and, when this happens, I'm delighted to help.

So, be sure to call me after the mediation if you need further help.
